In terms of the Shipping Policy, the processing time is 5 to 7 business days from the date of order before actual shipment via FedEx Ground and USPS (APO/FPO ONLY). During high peak periods and due to the high demand of some of their products, it may take 7 to 10 days to process orders before shipment. A signature is not required for delivery. If a signature is required, customers must make note of it in the “Additional Notes” field. Pureshea.com does not offer shipping outside the United States or its territories. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout, Pureshea.com won't take responsibility for shipping costs. A new product can be shipped after reshipping costs have been paid. If FedEx confirms delivery of a package but claims of not receiving the package are received, Pureshea.com won't give a refund. The shipping rate is a $8 flat rate and is non-refundable. If an order gets returned, shipping fees will be incurred for the shipping and return of mail back. The customer will receive a refund for the order minus the cost of shipping ($8).
